Pure cotton fabric, long sleeves, double breast pocket.
below are some hints of the madras
Fabric made of fil coupé or English gauze (variant of plain weave), usually cotton, set up with different colored yarns in both warp and weft. It is usually in asymmetrical checks or irregular stripes, in bright colors, and usually without a white background.
It is used in summer shirts, and in clothing in the lightweight version.
Today the term madras identifies only the patterned (including the printed version), regardless of the fibers used. The category of these fabrics is among the freest in interpretations; all non-classical squares are called madras.
