All registered Customers who purchase on CARLOALBERTOTAGLIEGRANDI will be notified by email of the shipment of the goods and will be given the code necessary to track the shipment on the website of the courier used.
Post and Couriers
The use of couriers used to ship the goods is evaluated depending on the weight of the purchased products and the shipping location, directly by CARLOALBERTOTAGLIEGRANDI. All shipments, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer, will be made through carriers defined by CARLOALBERTOTAGLIEGRANDI, shipping costs will be charged to the Customer as specified in the order. In the event that the carrier is appointed in any capacity directly by the Customer, CARLOALBERTOTAGLIEGRANDI will not be responsible for the loss and/or damage and/or breakdown of the goods from the moment of delivery of the goods to the carrier at our warehouses.
Estimated delivery time
The order from the time it is submitted by the customer until it is shipped undergoes three status changes. The newly submitted order is automatically classified in the “Pending” status. The customer receives an order confirmation by email. The moment the order is prepared, the status of the order changes to “Processing”; the customer will be notified by email that the order has been processed. When the order is shipped, the order status changes to “Package Shipped” and the customer receives a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, which is useful for following the delivery status directly on the websites of the courier company used. The order is normally shipped within 24/48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) after receiving the “In Processing” status email. If the order is to be shipped by a courier other than an express courier (such as GLS and Bartolini), delivery may take 2-3 days longer because in those cases a transport company (in the fictitious Artoni) is used that specializes in the delivery of particularly delicate or heavy material (such as an aquarium of no small size or a considerable amount of sea salt) in order to protect its integrity; the customer has the right, at any time, to ask for information about this, and we will be happy to provide all the answers desired. However, the shipment will take place no earlier than the accounting of payment, for orders placed with payment formula by bank transfer and postepay recharge. Orders will be processed in chronological order of arrival. For all customers who would like to receive immediate, fast, priority processing and shipping compared to the standard timeframe, they can avail themselves of “Urgent Shipping”(Paid Service), the details of which are explained in the next paragraph.
However, delivery may be subject to change due to force majeure, due to special traffic and road conditions in general, and by act of the Authorities. Any delays in delivery cannot be blamed nor attributed to CARLOALBERTOTAGLIEGRANDI.
Elements that affect delivery time are the total weight of the goods, the type of goods ordered, the type of shipment chosen, and the destination location. When defining the order procedure, you can choose the preferred shipping method according to your needs on delivery time.
